Parenting classes to begin at Family Resource Center (Kern Valley Sun) - The Kernville Union School District Family Resource Center in Lake Isabella announced that a new series of parenting classes entitled, “Building Confident and Healthy Families,”is slated to start Thursday, Jan. 18.
