CHRAJ unhappy about cases of irresponsible parenting (Ghanaweb.com) - Cape Coast, Dec. 7, GNA - An official of the Central Region branch of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), Mr Ebenezer Aggrey on Wednesday, expressed concern that irresponsible parenting was widespread in the Cape Coast municipality, with his office recording cases of such nature on daily basis.
